This Privacy Policy explains how Bare Knuckle Barbecue LLC ("Bare Knuckle BBQ," "Bare Knuckle Nation," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, purchase a membership, buy an event ticket, or otherwise interact with us.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and remember your preferences. As of the date of this policy, we do not run third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta/Facebook Pixel. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect the tools in use. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
Our site and membership operations rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to GoHighLevel (website, CRM, and billing), our payment processor, and Facebook (community hosting). These providers have their own privacy policies and terms governing how they handle your data, and we encourage you to review them.
Bare Knuckle Nation is not directed to children under 13, and membership requires a paid subscription and adult transaction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bare Knuckle Nation, including any membership, event ticket, or purchase. By purchasing a membership or ticket, you agree to these terms.
Bare Knuckle Nation offers Monthly, 6-Month, and 12-Month membership tiers. Pricing and current tier details are listed on our membership page at time of purchase.
The Monthly membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3-month term, membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis and will be billed to your payment method on file until cancelled.
6-Month and 12-Month memberships are billed as a single upfront payment for the full term. At the end of the term, the membership automatically renews for another term of the same length at the then-current rate, unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy below.
All Bare Knuckle Nation memberships are on automatic recurring billing. To cancel, email [email protected] at least 30 days before your next scheduled payment date. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the next billing date will not take effect until the following billing cycle, and that upcoming payment will still be charged.
All membership payments are non-refundable, including partial months, unused portions of a prepaid term, or payments made prior to a valid cancellation taking effect.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing for future billing cycles or new members. Members on a locked-in prepaid term (6 or 12-month) will be billed at their original rate for the duration of that term.
Founding Member status is a limited designation available to the first 50 members who join between August 20, 2026 and September 20, 2026, whichever limit is reached first. Founding Member status is not guaranteed by purchase alone and is awarded strictly on this first-come, first-served basis. Once the window or the 50-member cap closes, membership tiers remain available for purchase at the same pricing, without Founding Member status.
Founding Member status is non-transferable and carries no cash value. Benefits associated with Founding Member status, including any event invitation, are determined solely by Bare Knuckle Nation and may be modified.
The Founding Member event ticket is sold separately from membership and is not included with any membership tier. Event date, venue, and logistics will be communicated by email prior to the event and are subject to change.
All Founding Member event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets may not be resold, gifted, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
Attendance at any in-person Bare Knuckle Nation event is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge and assume any risks associated with attending a public, in-person gathering, and release Bare Knuckle BBQ, its owners, employees, and participating alumni from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from event attendance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct without refund.
Members of the private Facebook community and any Bare Knuckle Nation event agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward other members, staff, and participating alumni. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community or revoke membership access, without refund, for conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be abusive, harassing, illegal, or harmful to the community.
All content on this site and within Bare Knuckle Nation, including logos, graphics, recipes, video, and player likeness content, is owned by or licensed to Bare Knuckle Barbecue LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Content shared inside the private community is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Bare Knuckle Nation, its content, and any associated events are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Appearances by alumni players are anticipated but not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control (injury, scheduling conflicts, illness, etc.). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bare Knuckle BBQ's total liability for any claim arising from your membership or event attendance is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Bare Knuckle Nation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
