The locker room had a code. You showed up. You had each other’s backs. You earned your spot. Bare Knuckle Nation is that same energy — built by five former NHL tough guys who never lost it, and open to the people who get it.
Bare Knuckle Nation isn't a loyalty program. It's the backyard with the guys, not the bleachers. This is where fans get real access to the alumni behind the sauce.
This is the crew behind Bare Knuckle BBQ and the heart of Bare Knuckle Nation.

BKB Sauce: Carolina Twisted
A feared enforcer for the St. Louis Blues and Quebec Nordiques through the '90s, Tony Twist racked up over 1,100 penalty minutes protecting his teammates and his name became hockey legend in St. Louis. These days Twist runs Missouri Windshield Repair and Replacement and stays close to the Blues alumni scene. His sauce is just like him: bold, unforgiving, and impossible to ignore.

BKB Sauce: Fists of Fire
A St. Louis native who became the first hometown player to suit up for the Blues, Cam Janssen built his NHL career as one of the league's most fearless enforcers. Now he co-hosts The Cam & Strick Podcast with NHL insider Andy Strickland, breaking down the league and sitting down with today's biggest names. His sauce hits the same way he did on the ice — hot, in your face, and impossible to forget.

BKB Sauce: Black Eyed Bourbon
Jamie Rivers played 454 NHL games over 12 seasons, including stops with the Blues, Senators, Bruins, Red Wings, and more. Today he's the color commentator for St. Louis Blues broadcasts on Bally Sports Midwest and a co-host of 101 ESPN's The Fast Lane. He also owns and runs Synergy Hockey, training the next generation of players. Smooth, smokey, and always bringing the depth — just like his sauce.

BKB Sauce: Sweet n' Lowzy
Reed Low spent parts of five NHL seasons as an enforcer for the Blues and Blackhawks, and is the only player in NHL history to rack up 50+ penalty minutes in a single game — twice. Today he coaches the St. Louis Jr. Blues, runs his own beverage company PowerPlay Beverage, and works the charity auctioneer circuit across the country. Sweet n' Lowzy is built the same way — big flavor, no crash.

BKB Sauce: Soupy's Sweet & Savory
Jim Campbell scored 23 goals as a rookie and went on to play 285 NHL games across six teams. Back home in St. Louis, Soupy owns the Geyer Inn in Kirkwood and has coached youth hockey throughout the region. His sauce is the same way he played the game — balanced, dependable, and a fit for literally anything.

WHERE THE LOCKER ROOM NEVER CLOSED.
Five guys. Thousands of combined penalty minutes. Zero interest in fading out quietly. Tony Twist, Jamie Rivers, Cam Janssen, Reed Low, and Jim “Soupy” Campbell took the brotherhood of the NHL and built something fans could actually be part of.
